Returns (Outside Sweden)

Wicked Family's mission is to provide the best customer service. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days of purchase date. Between November 1st and December 31st, we offer an extended return period of 60 days.

Please be sure to check the fit and sizing of your product before removing tags. Products returned must have all original tags attached and be unworn, unused and unwashed in the original packaging.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it pursuant to our return policy and place a new order online for the item you'd like instead.

Return Shipping
We can only accept DHL returns arranged by us at a cost of $20 / €20 (deducted from your refund). If you are outside the EU and send via any other postal service that cannot be connected to the original shipment, we will be charged customs (typically ~$50 USD), which will also be deducted from your refund.

Wicked Family will not cover shipping costs for uncollected packages. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged for both outbound and return shipping.

Promotional Deals
Items purchased as part of a promotional deal (e.g. bundles or "Buy a Jersey and Pant, get a Free ID Kit") can only be returned if you are placing a new order for another size. Please contact us at eshop@wickedfamily.com if this applies to you. No returns on jerseys with printed ID kits.

How to Return — 3 Easy Steps

Start your return
Click the "Start your return here" link and follow the instructions.

Schedule a pickup or drop off
Once you receive your return shipping document, schedule a DHL pickup at mydhl.express.dhl. If you're outside the USA, select your country in the top right. Choose NO in the first step (since you already have a label), enter your waybill number from the shipping label PDF, and complete the form. You can also drop the package at any DHL service point.

Note: In some remote areas we may use UPS instead — you'll be informed when you receive your return documents.

Please use the original box and include the return document inside the package.

Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the package (unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days, minus $20 / €20 for shipping.

Swedish Customers / Svenska Kunder

Vi på Wicked Family vill att du som kund skall vara riktigt nöjd. Returer godkänns inom 30 dagar från ordertillfälle. Mellan 30 november–31 december har vi förlängd retur med 60 dagar. Prova dina kläder innan du tar av etiketterna. Alla returer måste vara oanvända, i samma skick som du fick dem, i sin påse med etiketterna på.

Hur gör jag en retur?
Vi rekommenderar att du använder samma påse/kartong som du mottog din order i. Använd returetiketten som du fick med din beställning och klistra den på paketet. Lämna sedan in paketet till ditt närmsta Schenkerombud. Be alltid om ett kvitto på att du har lämnat in returen.

Hur gör jag om jag vill byta storlek?
Vi gör inga byten, men du kan skicka tillbaka varan inom 30 dagar och lägga en ny order på hemsidan. Mellan 1 november–31 december gäller förlängd retur på 60 dagar.

Kostar det något att returnera?
Vid en retur dras 69 kr från din återbetalning.

Får jag behålla min rabatt vid en retur?
Om du har använt en rabattkod och returnerar varan är rabatten förbrukad.

Hur returnerar jag ett paketerbjudande (t.ex. "3 för 2")?
Om du returnerar en eller flera varor från ett paketerbjudande förlorar du din rabatt och betalar fullpris för de varor du behåller.

Returadress
Använd retursedeln ni fått i paketet. Om denna saknas, kontakta oss innan du skickar — skicka inte paketet med egen frakt då vi får svårt att koppla samman din order med din retur.
