Shipping policy

Order Processing
Wicked Family provides home delivery or delivery to pick-up points. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders received before 11:00 AM Central European Time will be processed the same day. Orders received over the weekend or on Swedish public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is packed, it will be collected by DHL (Schenker in Sweden). You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment. Please check with the carrier directly regarding the whereabouts of your order before contacting us. Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days from order confirmation.

Uncollected Packages
Wicked Family will not cover shipping costs for uncollected packages (e.g. due to customs). If you do not collect your package, you will be charged the actual cost of both outbound and return shipping.

USA

• 337 SEK (approximately 34.99 USD)
• 3 - 6 business days
• Free shipping: 2412 SEK (approximately 249.99 US)

Important: Following recent changes to US customs policy, customs duties now apply to every order shipped to the USA. Wicked Family is not responsible for customs fees. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged for both outbound and return shipping.

Australia

• 303 SEK (approximately 44.99 AUD) 
• 4 - 6 business days
• Free shipping: 2701 SEK (approximately 399.99 AUD)

United Kingdom
Due to high customs fees following Brexit, we are currently unable to ship to the UK. If you'd still like to place an order, please reach out to us at eshop@wickedfamily.com and we'll do our best to help. Please be aware that customs on a full set of gear is typically £60–£80, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

South Africa
